How do I get in touch if I need help?

The best way to get in touch with us is to either send us a message through Control Center or via our website's Contact Us form.

To send us a message through the Control Center or Account Settings:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the header.


  2. Click Contact us - a side panel will open up.

  3. Click "Send a message"

  4. Type your message then add an attachment if you need to.

  5. Hit enter on your keyboard.

To send us a message through our website:

  1. Visit our website's Contact Us page.

  2. Fill out your details.

  3. Select a category for your message.

  4. Type your message.

  5. Click Send.

We aim to respond to any questions within 24 hours during normal business hours which are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (New Zealand time).
